קצת עלי

אהבתי הגדולה לאוכל ולבישול היא זו שהביאה אותי לארח במטבחי את אורחיי הרבים והחביבים

בשנים האחרונות אני מחברת בין הידע שלי כנטורופתית לבין התשוקה שלי לאוכל ולבישול, כבשלנית המטבח הבריא.

אני נהנית לעבוד עם חומרי גלם טריים ואיכותיים,  נהנית מהבישול הפשוט, הצבעוני, ובעיקר מזה שמשאיר אותנו קלילים ומרוצים, ואת זה בדיוק אני רוצה להעביר לכם. במקביל, ובעקבות שינויים באורח החיים שלי, הכנסתי כמה שינויים בתפיסת המזון , בבחירתו, בבישולו ובצריכתו. השינויים הללו שיפרו את איכות חיי לבלי הכר, ואת זה אני מביאה לבישוליי בסדנאות.

לכן, כיום, אני מנהלת שלושה סוגים של סדנאות בישול

האחד הוא  סדנת בישול בריא לאירוח – ובה נלמד להכין בעיקר דגים, ירקות, דגנים מלאיםוקינוחים בריאים(קראו עליה בנפרד),

השני הוא סדנת בישול דל פחמימות lowno – בה נלמד להכין דגים, בשר, ירקות. ומאפים דלי פחמימה (גם עליה תוכלו לקרוא בנפרד).

הסוג השלישי הוא סדנת בישול הודי בריא – בה נלמד ארוחה בשלל צבעים ותבלינים  מאיזורים שונים (קראו אודותיה בנפרד)

הסדנאות הן פרונטליות, בהן אני מבשלת ומלמדת, ואתם יושבים סביב הבר ונהנים לעקוב ולאכול. את כל הסדנאות מלווה יין משובח.

הסדנאות עורכות כ 3 שעות. מתקיימות בתל אביב (חנייה קרובה מאד), ומתחילות בדרך כלל ב 18:00
